Do You Have It?
Look around your life. Would you believe you
attracted everything (good or bad) you see? If
you like what you see, congratulations on
knowing what I'm about to share with you. If you
are missing some things that you desire, you are
about to read one of the most powerful things of
your life. Whether you receive or resist the
information from this newsletter will be the
determining factor of what you can expect for
the rest of your life.
As I've shared with you in the past, the ancient
saying, "Your life is exactly what you think
about most of the time," now it's time to take
you to the next level of creating your dream
life. Hang on because the road can be a
little rough in some areas.
In reality, people don't want to take
responsibility for their lives. It is much
easier to blame it on other people, extenuating
circumstances, or something outside of one's
self. Unfortunately, this type of thinking is
equivalent to a runaway torpedo--sooner or
later, the bomb will hit something and explode
but probably not the intended target.
The first step to make changes in your life is
to take full responsibility for what is before
you. To some this may sound uncomfortable but to
those successful people out there, it will sound
matter-of-fact. With all the good or bad in your
life, you have somehow contributed to its
creation. Your primary contribution is your
thoughts.
Most people preoccupy their thoughts with what
they don't want rather than with what they do
want producing adverse results. These results
are produced according to the law of
attraction. I would like to briefly explain
this law so you can start using it today.
Everything can be related to energy.
When you turn on a light switch, you turn on the
electrical force (energy) to the light. If the
light does not come on, you're concerned. You
immediately ask yourself, "Is the light bulb
burned-out, or is there a problem with the
switch, or what is causing the interruption of
the electricity to the bulb?" The same goes for
our lives and desires.
Have you ever wanted to turn on the kitchen
light by flipping the bathroom light switch? You
may be thinking, "What a foolish question," but
the truth is this happens all the time with most
people.
Sound-minded individuals will concentrate on
what they don't want while expecting to
manifest what they desire. Unfortunately, life
doesn't work that way. Whichever switch you turn
on with your thoughts will produce the exact
result you are thinking about--good or bad.
Remember, thoughts produce feelings and feelings
produce actions and actions produce results.
Change your thoughts and feelings and your
actions will automatically produce different
results. The results are based on the
electricity that emanates from you brain.
As a scientist, we can hook-up electrodes to a
person's head and measure the electricity from
their thoughts. The more powerful the thoughts,
the larger amount of electricity will be
registered. Any time there is more electricity,
more power is present. The presenting power
creates or destroys depending on the thought.
That is why a person should constantly monitor
thoughts to make sure they are creating a
desirable outcome.
So, what do you want to happen? Ask this
question on a regular basis and you will
continually create your desires. Unfortunately,
most people will concentrate on what they don't
want and continually create a less than
desirable outcome.
I am suggesting you recondition your mind as you
would your body to produce the results you
desire. If you wanted to get in shape, you might
diet and exercise. The more you concentrate on
diet and exercise, the faster your body gets in
shape. Reconditioning your mind is no different.
When you decide to concentrate on what you want,
at first, it may be difficult. You will notice
many negative thoughts exist within your mind.
These thoughts have been a part of you for a
long, long time and just like the extra pounds
on the body, both will take some time and effort
to eliminate.
The first step in reconditioning your thinking
is to realize the subconscious mind is the
"powerhouse" portion of the mind that creates
your reality. It's a funny part of the mind that
scientists are just beginning to understand.
One thing we now realize is the subconscious
mind does not recognize the words, don't, not,
or no. So when a person says, "I don't want to
have financial problems," remove the word
"don't" and this is what the subconscious mind
hears and and to which it responds. So, is it
any wonder, the person in this example produces
financial strains? The person in reality is
constantly telling him or herself, "I want to
have financial problems."
Here is a quick exercise to start reprogramming
your thinking to be more in line with what you
desire.
1. Take a sheet of paper and draw a vertical
line down the middle.
2. At the top of the first column write, "What I
don't want."
3. At the top of the second column write, "What
I do want."
4. Now write something in the first column that
you don't want in your life and circle
the word "don't."
5. Read your answer from the first column
leaving out the word "don't." Now you can see
what you've been telling yourself all along?
6. Next, write in the second column what you
do want around that situation.
7. Every time you hear your inner voice
repeating what you don't want, replace it with
the thought of want you do want.
At first, as with any conditioning (physical,
mental, or spiritual) this process may seem a
little cumbersome. Continue on until your
predominate thoughts are positively focused on
what you want and you will see your desires
quickly manifest.
Ask any successful person and he or she will
tell you what I've shared with you today is
exactly how he or she thinks all the time.
As a matter of fact, a person cannot succeed
without changing their thoughts toward what is
desired while avoiding the thoughts of what they
don't want.
If you think your life is miserable, you are
right and more misery will be what you produce.
If you think your life is miraculous, you're
right, and more miracles will be around you.
This doesn't mean everything will be smooth
sailing but it does mean you can change
negative situations into positive outcomes. You
only have to be receptive to thoughts of what
you do want.
Ask yourself throughout the day, "What do I want
to happen in this situation?" Regardless of any
limitations, concentrate on what you want and
you will find your life manifesting exactly that
way.
Doing the impossible is only possible when you
have the proper thoughts aligned to your
desires. Now you know what every successful
person discovered prior to their success. Only
concentrate on what you want and eliminate
any thought of what you don't want.
You will either learn the law of attraction
in this newsletter or wonder what happened in
your life. No longer should you be puzzled with
your less than desirable outcomes because your
thoughts are creating them.
Now you know why I am very particular about the
clients I accept for personal consultations and
coaching. I don't want people who are not
willing to change their thinking patterns to
align with their desires. It's not fair to
potential clients or me to take on clients who
think contrary to what they want to create.
Turn on the power with the right thoughts and
watch your life light up!
